My specialty lies in the creation of real-time servers, the development of complex vision algorithms for object detection and sensor fusion, using cameras, lidars, sensors of all types, as well as embedded systems and their connectivity. In a worldly famous defence and security company. They were specialized in gun manufacturer however, today they want more innovative and complex defense system. The main goal it the creation of IT part of a complex marine firing and defense interception systems. With moving parts according to no failure and redundancy, firing systems, development of algorithm of multiple sensors like ultra-high-resolution cameras, lidars, laser measurement system. It is about all the IT development, the electronical adjustment of chips and the creation of the OS.

  • ✓ Create the main user HMI POC in C++ with QT, and the real one with Ansys Scade.
  • ✓ Develop specifics and confidential algorithms with C++ and python for the configuration of the system, the aiming, and the auto aiming powered by AI.
  • ✓ Master the software detailed design and understand its role for developing all the complete system, it also includes creating or upgrades new features.

Pharmaceutical machine vision

AI, IT & VISION PROJECT ENGINEER

We initiated a significant project to implement the first Automatic Visual Inspection (AVI) systems powered by AI (Artificial Intelligence). It composed of 17 cameras stations with a robot arm, using advance DL Deep Learning) model. This project aimed to enhance the quality control of 10 different formats and products of liquid biological solutions based on purified IgG. The goal was to integrate advanced technologies in IT, AI, and vision systems to ensure high precision and reliability in product inspection, in line with Takeda’s commitment to innovation and quality in the pharmaceutical industry.

  • ✓ Manage the project in technical point of view for AI, vision algorithms and IT for biological solutions.
  • ✓ Create and follow the planning, choose the right components. Manage the allocated budget and make products orders.

Food industry inovative solution maker

NDUSTRIAL IT SYSTEMS ENGINEER

Attached to the Methods and Projects and Industrial IT department. The main theme is the management and development of a new industrial vision solution to guarantee the traceability and sorting of products produced through sharp real-time controls (6 products/s). Such as 3D volume calculated using camera and laser and a colorimetric analysis for judging the cooking according to the quality base. I developed from scratch in solo all the solution. From the specification, development of IT architecture, algorithms, electronics as well as data feedback controls on the IS.

  • ✓ Managed as a lead field engineer, the modifications, and new technical alternatives developed by myself for the existent vision system.
  • ✓ Create volumetric algorithm with triangulation 3D sensor. Use the resulted point cloud to calculate the volume of each product.
  • ✓ Create colorimetric comparison algorithm to quantify the cooking of the product.
  • ✓ Formatting all of data for communicate between processes and for sending on databases and in automates for the ejection in real time.

Connected and ventilated face mask

OWN PROJECT

ELECTRONICS AND EMBEDDED ENGINEER

For a personal project, during the beginning of the covid pandemic. I had the idea of the creation of safe, connected & ventilated mask. Mask incorporates 2 PWM fans for intelligent ventilation according to a beforehand established airflow algorithm. The main goal is to avoid the fogging of the glasses and sweating that happens with standard masks, without the feeling of breathing forced by the ventilator. This involves a study of the fluid mechanics induced for inspiration and expiration. Making the 3D modelling and printing of the mask. Developing the electronics with the microcontroller, the fans in this embedded system. As well as programming algorithms and connecting to our Android app via Bluetooth.

  • ✓ Cost study for use in a large public market and market habits.
  • ✓ Mechanical design of the structure on Autodesk Inventor for 3D printing. Electronic design with an Arduino nano base.
  • ✓ Development of IT part and all breathing algorithms. Communication with Bluetooth 5.0 to self-developed Android app.
