I am Enis BILICAN, holder of a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Industry 4.0 from the University of Lille, an expert in the study, development, and implementation of advanced technological solutions.

My specialty lies in the creation of real-time servers, the development of complex vision algorithms for object detection and sensor fusion, using cameras, lidars, sensors of all types, as well as embedded systems and their connectivity. My expertise also includes mentoring teams of developers/technicians and managing quality in compliance with current standards. EMBEDDED CRITICAL DEVICE & SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Within a world-renowned defense and security group shifting from firearms to advanced systems, I contributed to the IT core of a complex naval firing and interception platform. Focus on fail-safe motion control, weapon subsystems, and multi-sensor algorithms (ultra-high-resolution cameras, LiDAR, laser metrology). Scope spanned embedded software, electronic tuning, and OS creation.

  • ✓ Built the main HMI POC in C++/Qt, then the certified version with Ansys SCADE.
  • ✓ Developed confidential C++/Python algorithms for configuration, targeting, and AI-assisted auto-aiming.

Led a flagship program to deploy the plant’s first AI-powered Automatic Visual Inspection (AVI) system: 17 camera stations with a robot arm and advanced deep-learning models. Enhanced quality control across 10 formats of IgG-based liquid biologicals by integrating cutting-edge IT, AI, and vision to achieve high precision and reliability.

Food industry innovative solution maker

INDUSTRIAL IT SYSTEMS ENGINEER

Within Methods, Projects, and Industrial IT, I led a new vision system ensuring traceability and sorting through precise real-time checks (6 products/s). Built 3D volume computation using camera + laser and colorimetric analysis for bake-level grading. End-to-end delivery: specification, IT architecture, algorithms, electronics, and IS data feedback.

  • ✓ As lead field engineer, redesigned and extended the existing vision system.
  • ✓ Created volumetric algorithms with 3D triangulation and computed per-item volume from point clouds.
  • ✓ Built colorimetric comparison to quantify baking; formatted data for process communication, databases, and PLC-driven ejection in real time.

Connected and ventilated face mask

OWN PROJECT

ELECTRONICS AND EMBEDDED ENGINEER

Early in the COVID pandemic, I designed a safe, connected, ventilated mask. Two PWM fans deliver intelligent airflow via a custom algorithm to prevent fogging and discomfort without forced breathing. Work covered fluid-dynamics study, 3D modeling/printing, embedded electronics and firmware, plus Android Bluetooth app.
